A T/P system is based on several fundamental variables, such as the pressure of the fluid to be dosed, the opening time of the delivery valve, the diameter of the fluid passage hole, and the speed of movement of the dispenser, if automated.

The time/pressure dosing control unit is suitable for dosing viscous fluids, abrasives, and liquids.

With an integrated digital display, the system allows precise and detailed programming of crucial functions such as dosing time, fluid return, pressure regulation, and control of single (S) and double (D) effect delivery valves.

Ideal for managing syringes, cartridges, and delivery valves.

Time/Pressure Dosing Valves

The time/pressure metering valves are available in differenti combinazioni to ensure the best possible performance based on the application.

Stainless steel and Teflon models are available, with needle, diaphragm, or ball valves.

There is the possibility of heating the valve to decrease the viscosity of the fluid and snuff-back to prevent the closing of the valve from dispensing an unwanted volume of fluid.
