The operator must select the batch to be produced, specifying the type of product to be dosed, the type of piece to be processed, and the desired quantity.
Preparation of the machine includes installation of the appropriate dispenser on the motion gripper and insertion of the product cartridges in the dedicated extruder.
All the settings made by the operator during preparation of the machine are validated by the control of specific sensors that verify the congruity of the settings made manually.
On correct start-up of the cycle, the machine executes the automatic placement of the sealant, while the operator takes care of loading the blanks and unloading the finished pieces from the machine.
The use of two types of sealant increases the versatility of the machine, allowing production tailored to the specific needs of the batch and thus helping to achieve high quality standards in the dosing of silicones.
