In an industrial context, oil filtration is a fundamental practice to guarantee correct functioning of the machinery and prolong the life of the oils used.
B-Fluid's technical know-how allows it to adapt to the specifications required by the customer to design the most suitable filtration system for every need.
Download the Technical Data SheetThe decantation and dialysis cycles are completely automatic.
Most of the filtration is carried out by the decantation and a transfer system with efficient and economical bag filters.
Automatic discharge of the sludge and recovery of ¾ of clean oil from same.
Very low consumption of disposable filters, high efficiency of recovered oil.
All maintenance with front access, waterproof heating elements, large touch screen operator panel with clear and intuitive synoptics.

The system presented includes a sequence of steps that ensure a complete filtration process. The oil is initially taken from a collection tank and pumped into a decantation tank, where the first mechanical separation of impurities takes place.
When the tank is filled, the oil overflows, passing through a filtration unit and then pumped into a second decantation tank. This cycle is repeated a total of four times, guaranteeing a gradual and accurate purification.
Once the purification process is completed, the oil reaches a dialysis tank.
Here, it is mixed with new oil and kept in continuous motion thanks to a connection with a filtration unit. This approach allows for reaching the desired NAS level, ensuring further optimisation of oil purity.
Via a pump, the oil is ready to be returned to the line for use.
