Screw volumetric pumps

Screw-type positive displacement pumps represent an advanced solution for high-precision micro-dosing, ideal for controlled deposition of dots and beads, as well as for the accurate filling of defined volumes.

The operating principle is based on a screw driven by an electronic motor, ensuring high stability and full process traceability. A key advantage is dosing consistency, which remains unaffected by variations in inlet pressure, viscosity, or fluid temperature, thereby ensuring high repeatability and stable performance over time.

This technology stands out for its exceptional versatility, enabling the handling of a wide range of materials: from low-viscosity fluids such as oils to highly viscous substances such as resins and filled compounds. This flexibility makes the system suitable for numerous industrial environments where precision and process reliability are essential requirements.

From a construction standpoint, all components are selected to ensure chemical resistance, durability, and operational stability. The rotor is available in ceramic or stainless steel, both offering excellent wear resistance and strong compatibility with aggressive media.

The stators are available in different technical elastomersFFKM, FKM, EPDM, and PU — allowing performance to be optimized according to the specific application and media characteristics.

The pump housing is typically made of stainless steel, ensuring mechanical robustness and structural reliability. For dedicated applications, particularly with anaerobic fluids or materials sensitive to contamination, a special PEEK version is available, offering high chemical inertness and reduced interaction with the processed medium.

Screws are available in various geometries and sizes, with indicative flow rates ranging from 0.005 to 30 ml per revolution, allowing precise adaptation to different application requirements.

This modularity, combined with the intrinsic accuracy of volumetric technology, makes screw pumps a highly effective solution for advanced industrial dosing processes.

The product range includes both single-component and two-component systems, enabling either separate or synchronized handling of different materials within the same process setup.

Key application fields include Automotive, Electronics, Appliance industry, Medical applications, and electric motor impregnation, where precision and repeatability are critical requirements.
