The Main Characteristics
of Clinching

Clinching stands out for its speed of execution, comparable to spot welding and superior to riveting and screwing.

In addition, it offers low cost equipment, eliminating the need for pre-drilling and preparation.

This technology runs cold, ensuring the absence of harmful fumes and allowing the union of pre-painted sheets and different materials, such as copper with aluminium or steel with galvanised sheet.

Clinching Equipment

Clinching equipment is characterised by its low weight and very small dimensions, offering a high economic return.

The strength of the joint is comparable to that of welding, while the excellent handling, linked to the characteristics of reduced weight and footprint, gives considerable advantages in terms of practicality and efficiency.
